These Terms and Conditions set out the framework governing all partnerships under the Special Offers Programme.

By signing the participation form or confirming your offer to ADDED, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Terms & Conditions:

By sharing and confirming participation in ADDED Special Offers Programme, each participating provider (“Partner”) agrees to the following terms with the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED):

1. Offer Delivery

   The Partner shall provide the agreed offer(s) directly to customers referred by ADDED in accordance with the identification criteria specified by ADDED.

2. Financial Transactions

   All payments, refunds, and financial transactions are to take place directly between the Partner and the customer. ADDED shall have no financial responsibility or liability for any such transactions or related disputes.

3. Offer Confirmation

   The Partner confirms that all offer(s) details shared with ADDED are accurate, valid, and approved for public promotion.

4. Offer Updates

   Any updates, changes, or cancellations to the offer(s) (including pricing, terms, or validity) must be communicated to ADDED at least ten (10) business days in advance to ensure accuracy across ADDED communication channels.

5. Marketing and Communications
   • DED may promote the offer through its official channels (e.g. website, newsletter, social media) using materials provided or approved by the Partner.
   • Any use of ADDED logo, name, or brand identity by the Partner requires prior written approval from ADDED.
6. Customer Experience

   The Partner is solely responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and for honouring the offer as communicated to ADDED and promoted through ADDED channels.

7. Disclaimer

   ADDED is not a party to any commercial transaction between the Partner and the customer and bears no responsibility for the quality, delivery, or fulfilment of the offer.

8. Termination

   Either Party may terminate participation in this partnership programme for special offers by providing fifteen (15) business days’ written notice. Offers already redeemed or booked prior to the termination date must still be honoured by the Partner.

9. Indemnity

   The Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ADDED, its employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the offer, including but not limited to disputes or complaints from customers.

10. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates.
