Entrepreneur Golden Visa

You are eligible if you fulfill the following :

• Must have a successful project in the UAE of a value of at least AED 500,000

Entrepreneur's Employees:

• Must work as an Executive Director for an Entrepreneur who meets the Golden Visa requirements 
• Must continue to work throughout the validity of Golden Visa or transfer employment to another entrepreneur who qualifies for a Golden Visa or transfer to another Golden Visa category, as per the law
• The maximum number allowed to obtain the Golden Visa is three Executive Directors per entrepreneur

To apply for the entrepreneur category, you will need to provide :

• A business practice licence from a competent authority in the UAE
• A recommendation letter issued by a UAE-based business incubator that is approved by the relevant competent authorities or the  Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED), proving that the value of the project is at least AED 500,000 

Required documents for entrepreneur's workers:

• An application must be submitted by the entrepreneur
• A declaration by the Executive Director committing to work for the entrepreneur for the validity period of the Golden Visa
• An employment contract attested by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, proving that the Executive Director holds such a position for the entrepreneur
